History

Crystal King Water Conditioning Company Inc. was incorporated in 1976 based in Concord and Modesto, serving the Bay Area and Central Valley. Then expanding in 1993 to the Sacramento Area acquiring the Rainsoft Dealership from the retiring owner. During the last 20+ years we have closed the Concord and Sacramento offices, consolidating the staff and business operation to one office in Modesto.

We started out as a Rainsoft Water Conditioning Dealer, proudly becoming one of the most successful and respected dealerships in the Country, always rated at the top in customer service. Today, excellent customer service is still our claim to fame.

During the last 47 years we have installed and serviced water treatment equipment to almost 12,000 happy customers. We now are proud to represent, sell, install and service Charger/Clack softeners as well as Impact Reverse Osmosis systems.

Finally, we are especially proud that one of the original owners, Michael L Brady is still in charge and runs the operations on a daily basis.

“I bought my water softener and drinking water system from Rainsoft on January 18, 1992. Sometime after that it went out of business or something happened and there were no other listed Rainsoft to call in Sacramento. I did not have annual service on my water systems until Larry from Crystal King called a few years later. Luckily, I did not have problems even without the annual service.
Crystal King just replaced my water softener the other day and the membrane for the drinking water system was replaced about a year or so ago. Aside from filter replacement I have had to replace the computer after 7 years and the membrane after 12 years. Water is soft and the R/O water taste great.
